Introduction to Ayurveda
This short course covers the basic principles of Ayurveda. Fundamental knowledge of Ayurveda is important for every human being as it will help them lead a healthy and disease-free life. We recommend you to start with this basic course before going for other courses, if the basic knowledge of Ayurveda is strong then it will help you to understand the deep knowledge of Ayurveda.
